From One Childhood Experience to a Lifetime Mission
The Kiki Foundation was born from a deeply personal journey. As a child, Kimberly “Kiki” Maugans-Smith experienced the daily challenges of living without reliable access to clean, safe drinking water. She understands what it means to face uncertainty over something as basic as a glass of clean water—a reality that millions of women and children around the world continue to experience every day.
Those early experiences shaped her compassion, resilience, and commitment to serving others. What began as a personal struggle has become a global mission to ensure that every child and every family has access to one of life’s most essential resources.
Today, the Kiki Foundation works alongside local communities, volunteers, businesses, and humanitarian partners to develop sustainable clean water solutions that improve health, increase educational opportunities, and restore hope where it is needed most.
